David Hoagland is senior pastor of Lakewood Baptist Church in Lynchburg, Virginia, and director of Pastoral Ministries in the Lynchburg Baptist Association. He is a charter member of the American Association of Christian Counseling, has pastored for over 30 years and is former dean of Luther Rice College in Alexandria, Virginia.
